How do I apply a Discount Code?
Discount codes can be applied during the checkout process, to reach this page add items to your cart and press the "Checkout" button from the cart drawer. On Desktop devices the discount input box will be located to the right of your contact information, on Mobile devices the discount input box will be in the cart details drop down.
When will I Receive My Order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process & ship your order. Free Standard Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping is shipped 2 Day Express. To see shipping updates, please login to your account, click on the order number to pull up the order details page, and press the "Track My Order" button on the top right-hand side of the page for live carrier tracking information.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Free shipping on all standard orders! Expedited 2 Day Express shipping is also available for a flat rate of $9.95. (Free Shipping is not available on Samples or other heavily discounted items unless otherwise noted.)
What Shipping Carrier Do You Use?
Most orders are shipped via USPS, but sometimes faster routes are available through our other shipping partners UPS & FedEx.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal & Amazon Payments. Other methods could be supported soon.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
At the bottom of any promotional email you'll find the following "If you would like to unsubscribe, click here." Click that link, the form will auto populate your email, just press the button "Unsubscribe" to be removed from any future email marketing. Please note: you will still receive emails regarding Orders & Order shipment updates.
