 Wholesome Organics focus on expansion and success means we book a large amount of flights, buses, cars, hotels, shipping and other sorts of expenses. A lot of these purchases are non-refundable or charge to make changes. This allows us to book and plan everything 1 month in advance to be organized and keep costs down so we can pay big commissions. Cancelling, changing and rebooking tickets, hotels, cars etc. can cost huge sums of money.  You have a professional & monetary responsibility to commit and Keep your schedule. This means that there should not be any cancellations for work you have committed to. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. We ask that you immediately contact the Director of Sales and explain your situation. We will work our hardest to replace everything for the show with the least amount possible. Sometimes we can do this with no extra cost arising. However, sometimes there will be costs for changing flights, cancellation fees for hotels or car rentals, these costs will be deducted from your future commissions. Please email me back with your schedule requests for the next 4-6 weeks. 

I understand that once I email the Director of Sales my schedule requests, he will email me and send out an accepted schedule that I will accept under the above conditions.
